Dragon Metal News: Procrastinate Here

Hey, I wrote a thing.

First off, Dragon Metal News: 

I’ve started writing Dragon Metal Book 5! This is my favorite part of the process. Brainstorming, plotting, fleshing out ideas, etc. So many files with so many notes! A white board I will eventually get frustrated with and stop using! And online plotting software that I logged onto once and will never use again!

What is Book Five about? I can’t tell you yet. Because you still need to read Book 4, coming in November. In the meantime, look forward to little snippets like this and extras on the Hidden Track. Lore Drops! Short Stories! Illustrations! Other things, probably!

As for the new-cover roll out, the illustration for Book 2 is coming along, in progress by Kajuart on Instagram, go follow her if you haven’t. Here is a peak: 

Umm, what else can I share about Dragon Metal. Oh! Here is a spoiler without context. What could it possibly mean? Does it mean anything? Does anything mean anything??? 

Anyway, let’s move on to the part that no one reads: Other Stuff - More Stuff!

What I’m watching: Finished Wonder Man. Surprisingly good! Fun, lots of heart. Doesn’t feel like a superhero show at all, and I mean that in a good way. No spoilers, give it a watch. 

What I’m reading: I am still drowning myself in comic books…I've been watching the Near Mint Condition channel on Youtube and that is NOT helping. Here is what I am reading now:

-- Danny Ketch Ghost Rider Omnibus 2: Danny Ketch! Johnny Blaze! Lilith! Evil shenanigans! Morbious before the movie made him lame!

-- Spawn Origins Deluxe Edition 5: Answers the question, “what if a comic book weighed as much as a brick”

-- Green Arrow Archer’s Quest Omnibus: By Kevin Smith? Yes, please. Also, this book is making me realize how much the CW show Arrow (which I loved) screwed up the Green Arrow's supporting characters.

-- Conan the Barbarian the Original Comics Omnibus 2: Lo, brave adventurer! Hither comes Conan! Gigantic of melancholy and gigantic of mirth! I may or may not have already ordered volume 3.

What I’m gaming: Not a gosh darn thing. I started playing Elder Scrolls Online again for a day or so but lost interest. That is not a dig against the game, I just cannot get my ADHD brain to focus on…

What I’m eating: Okay. So. I told myself that since the Holidays were over, I would stop eating sweets. That did not last (technically, it never started, but whatever).

Lately I have been on a donut kick. Krispy Kreme, especially…although I also found a local bakery that is amazing and addictive. 

What else?

Ummm…

I don’t know. I should probably go do that thing I should be doing. Same for you, if you have made it this far into this post, you are procrastinating, there is no other explanation. Go do the thing you should be doing or bad things will happen, probably!
