For today’s Random Shenanigans, a special DOUBLE Topic! DC KO and Cinnamon Roll Pie!

First…Cinamon Roll Pie from Cracker Barrel! Look at this! Just look!

Only available during the Holidays, an explosion of diabetes, and quite possibly, the greatest thing ever! Look forward to this damn thing every year. Had my first piece of the year recently, with a cup of black Starbucks coffee, and almost cried. It is like eating comfort and happiness. 

On to Topic Two: D.C. KO!

I used to buy comic books every month, until COVID, when I stopped. I’ve been reading digitally since, on the DC Comics Infinite app. But DC did something extremely rude and started this “All-In” initiative and “Absolute Universe” and whatever…and that…along with the Superman movie, Peacemaker, and upcoming Green Lantern series…and the relaunch of a new Batman #1...and the D.C. KO event…well…

I told myself I would buy print issues of the DC KO main event and new Batman series, and nothing else!

That lasted for, like, a day.

Anyway, DC KO…it shouldn’t be good. It really shouldn’t. A fighting tournament with superheroes and supervillains. Eye roll. But it is so. Much. Fun. 

Darkseid! Omega Energy! Time shenanigans! Mark Waid! Scott Snyder! Other people, probably!
